Dirk holds a Phd in Political Science, Administrative Law and Economics. Besides his work as consultant he also he started studying for his MBA in 1999 and obtained it from Henley Business School in 2003. After working as senior executive and member of the Board at Billag SA, he started his own consultancy in Paris. In 2013 he and his wife Karen started Galerie Zadra in Luxembourg and Australia. Through their activities, they hope to promote a deeper appreciation of the important contribution Aboriginal art makes to the broader understanding of contemporary art. In March 2015 Karen and Dirk founded the augmented reality app Itondo, which lets you see your favourite artwork on your wall, in real-time, and to scale.
